American Society of Plastic Surgical Nurses (ASPSN) "Incorporated as a nonprofit organization in 1975, the American Society of Plastic Surgical Nurses (ASPSN) has a growing membership of more than 1,700 plastic and reconstructive surgical nurses. ASPSN serves its members through a national structure of four regions and a network of local chapters in the United States and Canada. Registered nurses, licensed practical nurses and licensed vocational nurses who support the philosophy, mission and objectives of the Society are eligible to become Regular Members. LPNs and LVNs are also eligible to become Associate Members along with technicians and medical assistants."

American Society for Pain Management Nursing The is website for the American Society for Pain Management Nursing.  It states thier position statements on the treatment of the addicted patient, euthanasia, etc.   Site has had a lot of input from all of the pain nursing leaders: MCaffery, Pasero and Ferrell, as well as others.
